The personal details used to produce your bus pass will be held in a secure database.
These details are processed in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Legislation and are confidential to the organisation or its contractors and shall not be made available to any third party without obtaining the cardholder's explicit permission.
By completing this form you are consenting to Gloucestershire County Council holding your details in order to supply you a bus pass. The details will be held whilst you have a valid bus pass and will be deleted after a twelve month period of the pass expiring. Partial applications will be kept for a maximum of twelve months.
The information provided for your bus pass application will be used for statistical and concessionary purposes and to help plan and improve the bus pass services. Information may be shared with other public sector organisations where it is required by law.
Where there is a legal obligation to do so, Gloucestershire County Council will supply any data held, for example details of all person’s holding an ENCTS older or disabled bus pass are sent to the Cabinet Office as part of the National Fraud Initiative.
The National Fraud Initiative (NFI) is an exercise that matches electronic data within and between public and private sector bodies to prevent and detect fraud. It does not require the consent of the individuals concerned under the Data Protection Act 1998 or the GDPR.

Renew expiring pass
If your pass has expired or is expiring within the next month, you can renew it online now.
Replace pass
If you no longer have your pass, you can replace it online. An administration fee of £10.00 will apply.

For security reasons, it is not possible to update your address via this website.
If you need to:
- change your address
- replace a damaged card (this includes contactless card reading failure) or
- replace a stolen card (free of charge with a Crime Reference Number)
